Goose Chef and Enotechisto Josh is behind the grill and in the kitchen for this six-course summer supper including beer + wine in Goose's private event space. Your reservation includes:

- patio reception with grilled oysters and sparkling wine
- dinner served in courses in Goose's private event space with brisket burnt-ends, house-made sausage, 45 day dry-aged ribeye, beer + wine included, dessert course, and more
- $65 per person + tax and 20% gratuity
