The fine print

Prices include the roasting and buffet service of meats only. This is not a full service catering operation.

To guarantee product availability, events must be secured at least two weeks in advance.

To secure an event, a $200 deposit is required and can be applied to final payment.

Prices include travel within Indy;
travel outside Indianapolis incurs the additional charge of $35/hour for roundtrip travel.

Any cancellation must be made and confirmed by Goose staff at least 5 days before your event to receive a full refund.

To estimate portion quantities, we recommend approximately
1--1.5 lbs of whole animal weight per person.
