The fine print

Prices include the roasting and buffet service of meats only. This is not a full service catering operation.

The minimum order is $1,500.

To secure an event, a $200 deposit is required and can be applied to final payment.

To guarantee product availability, events must be secured at least two weeks in advance.

Prices include travel within Indy.
Travel outside Indianapolis incurs the additional charge of $35/hour roundtrip.

Any cancellation must be made and confirmed by Goose staff at least 5 days before your event to receive a full refund.

To estimate portion quantities, we recommend approximately 1 to 1.5 lbs of whole animal weight per person.

15% gratuity is added to each rental.
