These hands-on classes are a fun, casual, and interactive way for groups to celebrate together, whether in person in Goose’s private event space or remotely via zoom video call.

Hosted exclusively for your group by Goose, guests learn by doing and enjoy delicious food and drink as part of this interactive experience.

Each guest receives their own all-inclusive kit of supplies, and Goose staff host with real-time demonstrations and the story behind the products.

Oyster Shucking Class

  • all of the above is considered one ticket and serves 1

  • $79 per ticket + flat rate staffing fee, minimum 10

Cheese + Charcuterie + Wine Pairing Class

  • three wines

  • three types of charcuterie

  • three farmstead cheeses

  • live instruction with Goose staff sharing the story behind the products and the professionals’ tips on creating expert pairings

  • all of the above is considered one ticket and serves 1

  • $79 per ticket + flat rate staffing fee, minimum 10

Cheese & Charcuterie Board Class

Learn how Goose prepares the perfect pairings and the professional's tricks for beautiful presentation and plating as you assemble your own charcuterie board packed with cheeses, cured meats, paired accompaniments, and bread/crackers. Paired wine is included, too.

A bamboo-like Leafware platter is also included with your ticket. (Locally handcrafted wooden charcuterie boards make a great take-home gift and are available for an additional price, usually around $50-$60 each.)
