Butchers Cuts: Whole Hog Dinner + Butchering Demonstration

Head Butcher Kevin leads a pork butchering demonstration followed by a six-course dinner. The menu features porchetta, pork belly two ways, pork cheeks, pork pate crème brûlée with candied jowl bacon, raclette sausage, dessert chicharones with berry granita, and more. Paired wines/beers are included.
