Tickets make an excellent Mother’s Day gift! Work step by step with Goose's head butcher Kevin to make your own bacon!
One ticket required per guest and each ticket includes:
pork belly and all ingredients to make your own 1.5 lbs of bacon and 0.5 lbs of bacon bits
seasoning options to create your own unique bacon cure flavor plus a choice of wood that it will be smoked over
during class, enjoy Goose's grand cheese + charcuterie board with paired accompaniments, bread, crackers, beer, and wine (non-alcoholic drinks also available upon prior request)
after creating your bacon during the class, it will be ready in about 10-14 days for you to come back and pick up
This is an in-person event in Goose's private event space above the market (accessible only by stairs).
