Local Lisianthus Flower Arranging Class + Wine, Charcuterie, Cheese: Saturday, July 12, 2026, 2pm

$79.00

Join Flying Dirt Farm for this hands-on floral arranging workshop featuring their Lisianthus and more. Flower Farmer Bev says, “Lisianthus are one of the most romantic, rose-like blooms of summer. With their delicate petals, long vase life, and dreamy palette, Lisianthus are a farm favorite and a joy to work with in arrangements.” Take home the festive flower centerpiece you make!

During this workshop, you’ll:

  • Learn pro floral design essentials, featuring dahlias as a focal flower. Create your own design with hands-on instruction and keep what you make. All materials included.

  • Explore companion stems and foliage grown at Flying Dirt Farm in Madison County, Indiana

  • Feast on Goose's seasonal charcuterie board with paired accoutrements and wines to enjoy throughout the class

The experts at Flying Dirt Farm will talk about why locally grown flowers matter—for the environment, for our community, and for the art of floral design. Plus no shipping boxes or chemicals: just fresh, beautiful blooms cut right from their local fields.

This event takes place in Goose's private event space above the market (accessible only by stairs).

Advance tickets are required and space is limited -- order yours today!
